Description Nubuck polishing wheel Ø150 mm
It is used for finishing, polishing and dressing of hairdressing and manicure tools, knives, razors, chisels, chisels, finishing of minerals, stones, jasper, various metals, brass, steel, mace and other materials.
Fluffy surface perfectly absorbs abrasive paste, polishes the surface to a mirror shine, smoothes metal, sealing and smoothing it, gives a perfect smooth surface removing burrs. Using it with fine abrasive paste you achieve sharpness for a long time.
Compared to leather polishing wheels, nubuck wheels are softer and do not require pre-treatment and polishing before first use.
Before each use, the wheel should be treated with a special abrasive paste. An alternative abrasive is machine oil. It impregnates the surface of the wheel, creating optimal conditions for high-quality grinding.
Final finishing of the cutting edge when using nubuck is more qualitative in comparison with grinding, made on polymeric material.
Unlike felt and felt wheels, nubuck wheels do not leave streaks, scuffs and give a perfectly shiny surface to metal and stones.
Circle color and pile height may differ from the one shown in the picture, without affecting the quality and performance of the circle.
