Description Three-arm manipulator for ADEMS Pro with plate
The three-bar manipulator with a plate of its own design will help to securely fix the tool to be sharpened and set the required sharpening angle with regulation of the manipulator with the tool pressed against the abrasive. The sharpening angle is retained when changing the sharpening side. The manipulator is assembled on industrial bearings, which creates a smooth movement of the clamp with the tool and eliminates backlash when sharpening the tool.
For the convenience of selecting the sharpening mode on the manipulator holder there are pictograms separating the scales for sharpening knives and scissors. On the manipulator clamp, you select the type of tool to be sharpened and set the sharpening angle.
The manipulator ensures a guaranteed sharpening quality when working with a large number of sharpening tools. The design of the manipulator allows both right- and left-handed persons to work equally comfortably.
For the convenience of work on the base plate there are mounting holes for installing additional equipment.
If necessary, you can study to work on the machine both face-to-face at the International Academy of Sharpening ADEMS, and remotely via the Internet or video courses.
