Description ADEMS Helper - a tool for eliminating the beating of abrasive wheels for ADEMS Pro, ADEMS Pro 2 machines
Designed to eliminate profiling, as well as axial and radial runout of abrasive and grinding wheels.
An indispensable assistant in your workshop, which allows you to quickly and very efficiently, without having any qualifications in dressing abrasive wheels, eliminate beats, both from the periphery and from both ends of the abrasive wheel.
The dressing of abrasive and grinding wheels is carried out by the grinding method and is the turning (destruction) of a brittle abrasive material and the bond of the grinding wheel with a high-hardness diamond dressing tool. Editing is carried out with separate diamond-metal pencils with a diameter of 6 mm, in which diamond crystals are placed in a certain order, firmly connected with a special alloy. This alloy has a coefficient of thermal expansion close to that of diamond; therefore, when the temperature of the diamond-metal pencil changes during dressing, the diamonds do not experience additional thermal deformations.
If necessary, you can study to work on the machine both face-to-face at the International Academy of Sharpening ADEMS, and remotely via the Internet or video courses.
