1. The machine for hairdressing scissors sharpening ADEMS Full Drive, the unique features of which are:

- The two-throw manipulator will help to set the angle of sharpening of the scissors blade, including the "convex" scissors, to perform sharpening in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer.  The device of the manipulator will help both "right-handed" and "left-handed" people to work conveniently.

- A frequency converter for changing the speed and direction of rotation with an electronic brake, retains the necessary power at slow speeds, as well as at high speeds for polishing and will help to avoid cauterization and damage of the tool being sharpened.

- Thanks to the "ADEMS ASAB abrasives quick change and fixation system", the change of abrasive wheels is carried out in 5 seconds. This system is also adapted for diamond plates of 125 and 150 mm, with a profile of 12A220 and 12A245.

The scissors are sharpened on abrasive paper applied to the metal wheels of the abrasive wheels quick change and fixing system. Polishing is performed on a polishing wheel made of leather.

2. The machine for sharpening of manicure, pedicure and medical tools ADEMS GMT II Inverter. The machine is equipped with a manipulator of domestic construction, which positions the tool to be sharpened relative to the abrasive wheel, and also facilitates the control of tool sharpening without removing the tool from the manipulator holder.

The sharpener is equipped with a system of quick change and fixation of ADEMS ASAB abrasives, the change of grinding wheels can be completed in 5 seconds.

The mechanism for adjusting the height of the sharpener facilitates the sharpening technology.

The machine is equipped with a frequency converter to change the speed of rotation and change the direction of rotation of the engine, which will expand the list of services of tool sharpening. 

Sharpening is performed by the fixation of the tool in the manipulator, setting the required sharpening angle and adjusting the pressure of the manipulator with the tool to the abrasive. Abrasive paper, diamond, abrasive or polishing wheels are used as an abrasive material.

3. "A set for knife blocks sharpening at the ADEMS Full Drive machine" which is equipped with a double-sided faceplate. The conical side of the faceplate is designed for sharpening knife blocks of hairdressing clippers, the flat side is designed for knives and grates of meat grinders sharpening.
To protect the sharpener and the surrounding space from abrasive dust vaporizing during operation, the set is equipped with an additional removable closed hood.

The ergonomic magnetic holder will facilitate the process of the clipper knife sharpening  and protect your hands from touching the rotating parts of the machine.

Sharpening of the knife blocks is performed by pressing the sharpened surface to the faceplate.

Powders made of silicon carbide or aluminum oxide are used as an abrasive material. The use of diamond pastes is allowed.
As a binder, a concentrate of grinding fluid is used, developed by the employees of the ADEMS company specifically for this set.
