A tip-folding tool for manicure and barber's scissors. The comfortable, large stainless steel girth of the lever gives good straightening control, and the strong, curved plastic pads provide good grip and protect the surface of the scissor blades from scratches. The hemming is done both separately on each blade of scissors and with the scissors extended. It is allowed to hem filing scissors only with a solid blade, except for comb, and medical scissors, like manicure scissors.
