Description ADEMS FD Med – machine for sharpening of medical instruments
ADEMS Med is designed for sharpening of surgeon, dental and veterinary instruments.
The machine is demanded by medical, dental and animal clinic, by tool sharpening workshops.
The ADEMS Med machine is designed for sharpening of surgeon scissors, scalpels, curette, scalers and other medical instruments with a constant quality even by beginners with minimal sharpening skills. The machine is compact, easy installed in small space workshops or used for field sharpening at the client, at exhibitions and other events.
Owing to the ADEMS ASAB system of quick change and fixation of abrasives, replacement of grinding wheel takes 5 seconds. Also this system is adopted for diamond plates of Ø125 mm 12A220 profile.
The machine is equipped with the frequency converter for speed and rotating direction variation with electronic break, maintaining the required capacity at low rpm as well as high rpm for polishing.
Three-section manipulator will help to set sharpening angle of scissors’ cutting edge to sharpen as required by manufacturer. The manipulator is intended for large scope of work with sharpened tool. The construction of manipulator will help work with comfort both right-handed and left-handed.
Sharpening is performed on abrasive paper or diamond plate. Polishing is performed on leather polishing disk with applying of polishing paste.
Recommend to purchase in addition:
- Proof bar for verification of scissors cutting edge;
- Fixture for trueing of scissors cutting edge;
- Aluminum wheel with magnet Ø195 mm - for installation of metal disks Ø200 mm;
- Metal disks of Ø125, Ø150 or Ø200 mm for increasing the number of ready for use abrasives and sharpening of wider range of tools.
