Description Abrasive powder electrocorundum white 25A F240 (100 g)
It is intended as an interesting addition to the finishing and finishing sharpening of knife blocks of hairdressing machines, animal hair clippers, knives and gratings of meat grinders on the ADEMS Front Plate Inverter.
Electrocorundum white, as the abrasive of the highest grade (25A) is made by special technology, which provides its high indicators on such characteristics as hardness, cutting ability, heat resistance, increased strength. This abrasive has high refractory properties, due to the minimum number of impurities and almost homogeneous composition. White aluminium oxide is obtained as a result of processing by melting pure metallurgical alumina in an electric furnace, which includes several polymorphic types of aluminium oxide.
Primary cycle material fused from alumina, white in color. It is dust-free, does not compact, and does not pick up moisture. The material is resistant to chemical attack. Not afraid of open flame and high temperatures. Does not melt when heated during operation. Does not need care or specific maintenance, storage. Tolerates temperature changes. Abrasive meets the requirements of technical and environmental standards. It has an enormous processing speed and is capable of not changing the color of the material during operation.
Depending on the technical characteristics and other features, electrocorundum has a wide application. It is used to make various materials with abrasive surfaces, in ceramic-based abrasive tools, grinding hides, grinding and sharpening wheels, bars, sandpaper and other abrasive products. The composition of this material also allows it to be used for machining, grinding and sharpening of hardened hard steel materials, high hardness alloys, nickel and aluminum alloys, bronze, high-strength cast iron.
Abrasive powder electrocorundum white, as a consumable material of the sharpener is ideally suited for a specially developed plate for the machine ADEMS Front Plate Inverter, on which you can get quality and original result of sharpening of the knife block of machines, knives and grids of meat grinders.
It is an interesting addition for finishing and polishing, but you can use aluminum oxide abrasive powder.
For high-quality grinding as a binder is recommended to use a concentrate of grinding fluid, developed by specialists of ADEMS specifically for this machine, which will pick up our manager.
