Diamond cylindrical rounded (spherical-cylindrical) grinding wheel is designed for processing and forming roundings and chamfers, grinding and sharpening, smoothing and dressing, deburring and cleaning of grinding, abrasive, abrasive water-resistant, vulcanite grinding wheels on the grinding machine ADEMS GMT II.
Diamond bead has the same shape as solid carbide burrs, but instead of longitudinal or spiral cutting edges, there is a thin layer of diamond crumb on its surface.
It is made of carbon tool steel with a diamond coating of the working part by vacuum brazing.
This very handy and effective tool will help the sharper in the workshop or studio to quickly and efficiently profile grinding wheels.
Thanks to its mobility and versatility, the spherical head can be ground at different angles of grinding wheels either manually or with a fixed manipulator at the desired angle on the sharpening machine ADEMS GMT II.
